knowmad mood, a leading technology consultancy firm in digital transformation solutions, announces the acquisition of German software developer and consultancy firm ASERVO Software GmbH specializing in software development infrastructures. With this purchase, the Spanish firm lands in Germany, a market with high potential, and strengthens its position in the German market ALM and DevOps. In addition, with this new milestone it is making progress in its international expansion process, which is part of its 2021-2024 strategic plan, initiated in recent years with the opening of offices hubs outside Spain and the acquisition of the British technology consultancy firm New Verve Consulting in 2022.

These positive financial results are the result of the company’s 2021-2024 strategy, aimed not only at national and international expansion, but also at positioning itself as a top company in the sector and a leader in the creation of professional opportunities for technological talent, as well as maximizing the portfolio of services it offers to all its customers around the world.

In addition, the company has started the year with another milestone with its plans for national expansion with the recent acquisition of the technology consultancy Interwor, experts in IT infrastructure, communications and security services.
