atSistemas, a technology consulting firm providing digital transformation services, had a turnover of 129.2 million euros in 2022, representing a growth of 32.2% compared to last year when the turnover amounted to 97.7 million. This growth is the result of the actions framed within the company’s 2021-2024 Strategic Plan aiming to consolidate its position as a leading company in the sector, leading to the creation of professional opportunities for tech talent and maximizing the range of tech services for its national and international clients.
In addition to the positive financial results obtained, the company has achieved a pre-operating profit (normalized EBITDA) of 8.05%, which represents 10,409,480.98 euros. This data, presented by the company at its recent Board of Directors, demonstrates the good performance as well as the financial and business strength that the company has achieved in recent years with the goal of expanding and enhancing its range of integrated services to support companies in their digitization processes.
In this way, atSistemas ends a year that has been highlighted by a series of milestones that are expected to help the company achieve its goals for 2024. These include its international expansion in the United Kingdom and the United States with the opening of new offices this past February, the acquisition of the British consulting firm New Verve Consulting in November, and its entry into the BME Growth market at the end of December. The company has now achieved its goal of exceeding 2,300 employees by the end of the year and now has over 500 national and international clients and a presence in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Uruguay, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Morocco.
A solid growth that shall continue in 2023
In 2023, atSistemas will continue to take steps to respond to the strong growth and expansion it has experienced in recent years, starting with the opening of offices in Italy and Portugal, a development center in Uruguay, and the above-mentioned expansion in the United Kingdom, and the United States in 2022. Adding to this, the company opened a high-performance remote work center in Morocco last January to enhance its efforts to position itself in new international markets and the latest acquisition of the Spanish consulting firm INCIPY to expand its array of digital transformation services for domestic companies.
“This recent performance and the evolution of atSistemas’ business over the years show, without question, that we are a strong and competitive company, capable of tackling all the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, even in a market like the one we are currently facing. atSistemas has ambition and growth written all over its DNA and this is what has allowed us to successfully achieve these goals. We will definitely continue on this path, improving every day and providing our national and international clients with the best service,” says José Manuel Rufino Fernández, CEO of atSistemas.
