Madrid, 23 April 2025. – knowmad mood, a leading technology consultancy firm in digital transformation solutions, has published its audit report, annual accounts and non-financial information for the 2024 financial year, highlighting not only the solid growth in its revenues, but also the significant improvement in terms of profitability.

In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of 210.03 million euros, representing an increase of 25.0% compared to the previous year, when revenues amounted to 168.07 million euros. One of the highlights of the year was the growth in normalised EBITDA, which increased by 52.7% to €15.83 million, compared to the €10.37 million recorded in 2023.

These results underline knowmad mood’s strong performance throughout 2024, cementing its leadership in the digital transformation space. The company’s sustained growth is reflected in both a significant increase in revenue and a significant improvement in profitability, evidenced by an increase in the normalised EBITDA margin from 6.2% in 2023 to 7.5% in 2024.

Strategic acquisitions driving international growth

 

In 2024, knowmad mood experienced exponential growth in the international market, increasing its revenues by 104.7% to 25.68 million euros, representing 12.2% of its total turnover, far exceeding the 10% target set out in its 2021-2024 Strategic Plan. In addition, the company made three key strategic acquisitions: Interwor, to strengthen its IT infrastructure, communications and security offering; ASERVO Software, which expanded its software development capabilities and facilitated its entry into the German market; and Grupo Antea, which marked its entry into the Mexican market and strengthened its position in cybersecurity. These acquisitions, together with organic growth, boosted turnover and strengthened the group’s market position. Subsequent to 2024, the group announced the acquisition of VANTURE ESS (February 2025), a consultancy specialising in SAP and Odoo solutions.

 

Highlights: A year of financial consolidation

 

Since its debut on BME Growth on 20 December 2022, the company has experienced remarkable growth. With an initial price of €3.04 per share and a capitalisation of €152 million, it currently trades at €3.50€, representing a 15.1% revaluation. On the operational side, revenues have increased by 62.5% (from €129.24m in 2022 to €210.03m in 2024), while normalised EBITDA has grown by 52.1% (from €10.41m in 2022 to €15.83m in 2024). This performance reflects the strength of its strategy, which combines international expansion, strategic acquisitions and operational optimisation.
